The unit is in great proximity to downtown and is largely as described in the listing. Where I would like to make note where differences or things were unexpected largely would be the lay out of the unit. It is noted to be a 2 king bedroom unit an while there are two king beds they are not in the same unit. They are divided by a common space on two separate floors - if we were looking for a more hotel type set up we could have gotten that which was unfortunate. It should also be noted that the studio unit is EXTREMELY small which is noted but there is not room for suitcases and there isn’t a closet even to hang things up or hide things and as mentioned the space outside this is common area so you can’t jus leave it out there. I would recommend this as a one bedroom unit but it’s a bit more complicated for a two bedroom.

Location was great, close to a bus station and walkable to town. Host was very responsive and made it easy to get into the unit and store luggage. Walls were quite thin and could hear our neighbors very clearly throughout the whole unit. Additionally, the unit could have been better stocked for a stay of 6 people, we ended up going out for coffee most days and needed to wash bath towels during our stay. One thing to note is the hot tub was quite dirty. We were looking forward to using it during our stay, but half of our party ended up getting rashes after using it. Proceed with caution!

Great location and cozy place. Super clean. Minor issues with appliances not working (dishwasher/fireplaces). We had to very inconveniently adjust travel days and travel logistics to accommodate a double booking at this property. The host did try to make the inconvenience palatable for us by offering late check-out and snacks and goodies for the kids which unfortunately were not followed through on. Kelsey did also offer us a discount for next season because of the booking error but we’re not seasonal Park City skiers. We ski new locations each year. The jacuzzi was hit each day with the kids after skiing and outstanding restaurants in very close walking distance from the property.
