The Guarantee: If you are unhappy with the service I am providing you, I ask that you discuss it with me first because I would like to improve it. If you still are unhappy simply ask for an unconditional release in writing faxed to 603-218-6497 and you will have your release in writing. (You will receive a copy of the MLS data sheet showing "Withdrawn" status) within 24 hours from receipt of your request.

The Exceptions: If there is an accepted offer (either in Attorney Review or Fully Under Contract), listing cannot be released. Broker protections as per the listing agreement are in effect as explained on the listing agreement.
