Complete Purchase and Sale Agreement Bring your checkbook for the Good Faith Deposit
Select your Home Inspector Let the agent your working with know who you've chosen and they can assist in coordinating the set up the appointment
Refer to Timeline from your P&S Agreement- typically 7 to 14 days
Contact Lender and complete the Full application Refer to Timeline from your P&S Agreement- typically 7 days after signing
If you are working with the NH Home Team we use a Transaction Coordinator who will contact you to set up the time and place of the closing
Our Transaction Coordinator will:
Set the appointment for the home inspection and coordinate with us
Make sure all parties follow the Timeline in the P&S Agreement
Remind you to change the Utilities a minimum of 2 weeks prior to closing
